MAYbe, MAYbe Not

I am really nervous. We had our evals and I am waiting to know whether or not I will be asked back next year. I think I will because I am following all the rules as well as making adequate gains. The kids are learning and having fun. It is May and we just got finished with MCA testing. We are about to start MAP testing and it seems like I will be running it in the computer lab. As I prepare for the end of the year I look back at all the great times I had with the kids and know that I will really miss them. As a charter I know that we will have a large turnover of both staff and teachers, there will be lots of people coming and going. I am excited and scared.

Things I learned this year:
1. Not everyone is my friend.
2. I ca teach project based learning.
3. There is no wrong way to bond with a child, just let them know you care.
